Subscription Terms

OVERVIEW

These Subscription Terms govern all recurring subscription plans offered by CaffCup.

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy, and other applicable policies.

CaffCup is a brand operated by S&N Enterprises.

1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

CaffCup may offer subscription plans that provide recurring deliveries of selected products at specified intervals.

Subscription plans may include:

Monthly deliveries

Multi-month deliveries

Discounted subscription pricing

Subscriber-exclusive offers

Other benefits determined by CaffCup from time to time

Subscription availability may vary by product and location.

2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

By subscribing, you authorize CaffCup and its payment partners to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each subscription cycle unless cancelled beforehand.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by you or terminated by CaffCup.

3. BILLING

Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected subscription plan.

Billing dates may vary slightly due to:

Payment gateway processing

Bank processing timelines

Public holidays

Technical factors

You authorize recurring charges for future subscription renewals unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. SUBSCRIPTION REMINDERS

Where technically feasible, CaffCup may send reminders before an upcoming subscription renewal.

Such reminders are provided as a courtesy only.

Failure to receive a reminder does not prevent subscription renewal or affect authorized recurring charges.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

Cancellation will stop future renewals only.

Cancellation does not affect:

Orders already processed

Orders already billed

Orders already shipped

No cancellation request can stop an order that has already entered processing or shipment.

6. REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued because:

You forgot to cancel.

You no longer require the product.

You changed your mind after renewal.

You dislike the product.

You failed to review renewal notifications.

Any exception shall be determined solely by CaffCup.

7. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails:

We may attempt to process the payment again.

Subscription benefits may be suspended.

Future deliveries may be delayed or cancelled.

CaffCup reserves the right to terminate subscriptions with repeated payment failures.

8. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

CaffCup may modify subscription pricing, discounts, benefits, or delivery frequency from time to time.

Where reasonably possible, notice of material changes will be provided before such changes take effect.

Continued participation after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised subscription terms.

9. PAUSE OR MODIFICATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where available, subscribers may be allowed to:

Pause subscriptions

Modify delivery frequency

Update shipping information

Update payment information

Availability of these features may vary and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

10. TERMINATION BY CAFFCUP

CaffCup reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or terminate any subscription at its sole discretion, including where:

Fraud is suspected.

Payment failures occur repeatedly.

Abuse of subscription benefits is detected.

These Terms are violated.

11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Subscription enrollment does not guarantee perpetual availability of any product.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, CaffCup may:

Delay shipment;

Offer a comparable replacement;

Skip a billing cycle; or

Cancel the subscription and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaffCup shall not be liable for:

Missed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information

Payment failures caused by financial institutions

Temporary interruptions in subscription services

Delays caused by courier partners

Losses arising from cancellation or modification of subscription benefits

In all circumstances, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription order.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

CaffCup reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued participation in a subscription plan following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
