At CaffCup, we strive to deliver every order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled after dispatch.

By placing an order with CaffCup, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

CaffCup currently ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

We reserve the right to add, modify, restrict, or discontinue shipping to certain locations at our sole discretion.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

Sundays

National holidays

Government-declared holidays

Certain regional holidays affecting logistics operations

During product launches, promotional campaigns, peak seasons, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended.

3. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-10 business days

Remote Areas: 5-14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

Courier delays

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Public holidays

Operational disruptions

High order volumes

Remote serviceability constraints

CaffCup shall not be liable for delays that are outside its reasonable control.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

CaffCup may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at its sole discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation through email and/or other available communication channels.

Where available, tracking details will be provided so that you may monitor the status of your shipment.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become active.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing:

Accurate name

Complete delivery address

Correct PIN code

Valid email address

Reachable mobile number

CaffCup shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address

Incorrect contact details

Customer unavailability

Refusal to accept delivery

the courier may attempt redelivery in accordance with its policies.

If the shipment is returned to CaffCup, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Refunds may not be available in such cases.

8. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner, CaffCup may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a replacement shipment; or

Issue a refund for the affected order.

Investigation timelines may vary depending on the courier partner.

9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers must inspect their package upon delivery.

If a product is received damaged:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

An uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided.

Clear photographs of the outer packaging and damaged product must be provided.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement at CaffCup's discretion.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

CaffCup shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Floods

Fires

Pandemics

Government actions

Strikes

Transportation disruptions

Internet outages

Supply chain interruptions
